On both occasions the work was carried out and finished perfectly and professionally. We have not had a single issue since completion. Not only their work has been faultless but the owners are also honest and straightforward to deal with. They know exactly what they are doing. I have recommended UHM Basements to several people as I trust their knowledge and expertise fully." Federico Santilli Repeat client "UHM completed a fantastic conversion of our basement to a bedroom and ensuite. Ghedeon and his team worked very efficiently to the schedule. Communication was clear and effective. The result was great quality and good value for money. They provided detailed specifications, quotations, work and payment schedules, all of which they kept to and delivered on. Their work passed the building control inspections." Simon Wolanski Basement conversion "We have worked with Ghedeon and Dan at UHM on a number of projects over the past 8 years. Their 'can-do' attitude is a real asset when running large projects in Central London. They have a very loyal team of professionals under direct employment. We would and regularly do recommend UHM to anyone requiring a professional basement contractor." Jonathan Chattaway Director, AtelierWest Architects · Central London "Dan and his team are extremely professional and took care to ensure that the works were completed on time, on budget and with the minimum disturbance to my neighbours. I am very happy with the result and recommend them unreservedly." Nicola Diment Basement project "They did an excellent job. The team worked hard from day one and completed the dig on schedule. Customer service was very good. The builders were very polite and considerate, which was very important as we were living in the house throughout the works." Mr and Mrs K.
